The Vicarage

The proposed two storey concrete architectural building is approximately 7.6m high, 487m2 in area and includes several rain screens. Also proposed is a 1.2m high stone wall along part of the northern and western boundary, a seating area on the western boundary and a service area at the rear of the site behind the building. Two accessible carparks, four visitor carparks and two staff carparks are proposed to be located on the site. Landscaped areas are proposed around the edges of the site, except where it is proposed to locate table seating, a service area and parking and manoeuvering.
