Sales Consultant
Remote/Hybrid (Part time/3 days a Week)
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant with a passion for new home sales. If you have a proven track record in sales, coupled with knowledge of the building and design industry, we want to hear from you!
You’ll use your excellent people management skills, knowledge of our unique build process, and lean on your proven sales experience to guide prospective buyers through the sales process.
As our representative in the key regional housing markets of Waikato, Canterbury and Central Otago, you’ll be a keen self-starter, with an ability to generate and develop leads.
Reporting to the Iconic3D GM, this role involves managing key relationships with other relevant stakeholders including project managers, architects and council staff, and will involve inter-regional travel.

At Iconic Construction, we’re leading the way in residential construction, using innovative building techniques including 3D printing to advance the industry, and improve housing for Kiwis.
This is a commission-based position.

Generate and secure new home sales contracts
Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs and preferences
Develop and present compelling new home proposals, effectively addressing client inquiries and concerns
Negotiate and finalise sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's design and build processes, products, and services
Guide clients through the design selection process, offering expert advice and recommendations
Maintain accurate and organised client records and sales documentation
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, builders) to ensure seamless project execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide timely and professional communication throughout the sales and build process
Achieve sales targets and help drive business growth
Have a knowledge of the Hamilton, Christchurch, and Central Otago real estate markets
Travel to each of the regions as required (including Hamilton, Christchurch and Central Otago)
Work effectively with our team to achieve goals and objectives
Complete other tasks as required
