Johnny leads the team at Iconic Construction & Iconic 3D. Johnny combines his experience in leadership and construction, and his innovation mindset, to lead Iconic Construction on their journey to revolutionize the construction industry in NZ. Johnny is passionate about transforming building processes and always keen to talk to like-minded people with an interest in our technology.

Nick kicked off Iconic Construction back in 2009 with a toolbox, a ute, and a big vision. These days, he’s more behind the scenes, driving the business forward and diving into fresh ideas—like Iconic 3D, one of his latest ventures pushing the boundaries of innovation in the building space. But Iconic isn’t his only gig—he also teaches people how to fly choppers. Yep, he’s one of those guys who seems to be able to do just about everything.

Canaan (Marley) Napier is one of our Site Managers. He’s a Central Otago boy, who fell in love with building while laboring for a local builder in high school. He’s a legend at looking after our projects and clients.
