TE AWA LAKES

This office space fit out begun with a rough sketch and a big idea. We worked closely with the team from Te Awa Lakes and in the end recognized the type of influence the fitout needed, and therefore the need for a better design option. The client engaged with a reputable local architect and designer, and with engagement through the design process, our team were able to create their thoughtful designs.

Whilst a relatively simple fit out to look at, the level of detail, particularly in the centre piece meeting room, was exceptionally high. Almost every trade had exposed service feeds, meaning there was little room for hiding errors and our site management team made sure this highly visual elements were top notch.

The scope called for custom made steel and timber cabinetry, hidden fixed wall paneling with expressed joints, exposed HVAC and electrical work, and a floor polish you can see your own reflection in! The final product is an open plan office space overlooking an exceptionally crisp and interactive client space.
