This was a three-stage job on an early 1900’s villa. Brought back to life with a fully renovated kitchen and spruce up on the living areas. Also utilising space for better living an addition was added at the rear of the building to create a modern open-plan living and kitchen environment.
The carport got a major upgrade with a conversion to a garage with loft. In keeping with the existing look and feel of the home, native timbers were sourced and utilised throughout. Finally, the existing bathroom and bedrooms were renovated, adding modern elements to the vintage style, along with a new driveway and road entrance.
